
Jay Isaac (b. 1975, New Brunswick, Canada) studied at the Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design, Vancouver, Canada and at the Cardiff Institute of Art and Design, Cardiff, Wales, UK. His work has been widely exhibited, with notable shows at David Risley Gallery, Copenhagen, Denmark; Steinsland Berliner, Stockholm, Sweden ; Galerie du Jour, Paris, France; Galleria d’art moderna di Bologna, Bologna, Italy; Happy Ending, New York, USA; Beaverbrook Art Gallery, Fredericton; Contemporary Art Gallery, Vancouver; Agnes Etherington Art Center, Kingston; Monte Clark Gallery, Vancouver; Mercer Union, Museum of Contemporary Canadian Art, The Art Gallery of Ontario and The Power Plant, Toronto, Canada. Isaac currently lives and works in Toronto, Canada.
