COOPER COLE is pleased to announce a solo show exhibiting work of American artist, Todd James, his first solo show in Canada.
Todd James (b. 1969, New York, USA) has had solo exhibitions across the globe in cities such as New York, London, Copenhagen, Tokyo, Brussels, Sidney, Melbourne, and Paris. This marks his first solo show in Canada. James has also been included in group exhibitions at the Institute of Contemporary Art, Philadelphia, USA; Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn, USA; Geffen Contemporary at MOCA, Los Angeles, USA; Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, San Francisco, USA; Tate Museum, Liverpool UK; ARoS Museum, Aarhus, Denmark; amongst others. His commercial design has been commissioned by artists such as The Beastie Boys, Eminem, Miley Cyrus and Iggy Pop. James currently lives and works in New York City.
