Maya Hayuk

Maya Hayuk (b. 1969, Baltimore, USA) earned her BFA in Massachusetts College of Art and Design in 1991, studied at the University of Odessa, Odessa, Ukraine and at Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture in Skowhegan, USA. She has exhibited at institutions such as the Hammer Museum of Art and Culture Center, Los Angeles, USA; Museum of Contemporary Canadian Art, Toronto, Canada; Bonnefanten Museum, Maastrict, Netherlands. Her practice as a visual artist spans over two decades and she has exhibited globally in countries such as Belgium, Germany, China, France, Denmark, UK, and Canada. Hayuk is currently living and working in Brooklyn, USA.
